The cancellation window depends entirely on the customization level of the stationery order:
Orders placed through this website can be cancelled by you, without contacting anyone, for 30 minutes after they are placed — provided the order has not already been packed for dispatch. The remaining time is shown on the confirmation screen and against the order in your dashboard, and the cancellation takes effect immediately. Where payment has already been collected, the amount is refunded to the original payment method; we will confirm by email once it has been sent.
After that window, or once an order has been packed, cancellation is still possible under the terms in section 1 — but it goes through our team rather than the website.
To request a cancellation for a pending procurement order:
Once a bulk transport vehicle has been dispatched from Phaltan, Satara, the order is considered active and cannot be cancelled in transit. If delivery is rejected at the branch location, actual round-trip logistical transport charges will be billed to the purchasing bank branch.
