2. How We Use Your Information

We process the collected information solely for operational and logistics fulfillment:

• To formulate and print accurate B2B quotation slips and legal tax invoices.
• To custom-brand envelopes with branch-specific details and logos.
• To route your order coordinates to shipping partners for delivery.
• To operate our English and Marathi WhatsApp service inbox, send approved transactional templates, and route conversations to authorized sales staff.

3. Data Storage & Security

We respect your privacy and do not resell contact directories or branch listing details to third-party databases. Since our portal uses a Guest-First Cart, no account passwords or bank payment card records are stored on our servers. WhatsApp message bodies, delivery and read events, assignment history, and exchanged media are retained in Sai Supplier records without an automatic expiry so that orders, quotations, support decisions, and audit history remain complete. WhatsApp media is copied into private storage and is included in encrypted off-box backups. Access is limited by staff role and conversation assignment.

4. WhatsApp and MSG91 Processing

Sai Supplier uses MSG91 and the WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver messages, receive customer replies and media, obtain delivery or read reports, and synchronize available one-to-one conversation history. These providers process phone numbers, message content, template variables, media, and technical delivery data for this purpose. Email remains the required channel for verification codes; WhatsApp and SMS copies are optional conveniences. Marketing WhatsApp messages are sent only with recorded consent. Reply STOP to withdraw marketing consent or START to restore it. Operational messages related to an existing transaction may still be sent where permitted.
